The 101 Postman is one of the most elegant and comfortable shoes in the Red Wing Heritage Collection. 

In the 1950s, postmen carried out their duties on foot. As public servants, they were in desperate need of stylish footwear that was worthy of their status and comfortable enough to see them through eight hours on their feet. Red Wing style 101 was designed to meet these special requirements. The black Postman Oxford features classic, easy-polish Black Chaparral leather and a cushioning Black Cushion Crepe Wedge sole.
