Colour
Black. The essence of timelessness. The Black colourway is made by mixing black ink with raw biodegradable cellulose acetate. Cellulose is the most common organic compound on planet Earth. Cotton and wood pulp are used due to their naturally high cellulose content and their relatively small carbon footprint compared with similar synthetic fibres. The result is a highly durable, hypoallergenic material made from renewable resources. 

Lenses
The red hue in brown lenses improves depth perception and enhances contrast. These lenses are category 1, meaning they are not ideal in very sunny conditions, but are excellent in overcast weather or even for giving the eyes a bit of extra support indoors. All lenses feature anti-scratch and anti-reflective treatment with 100% UVA/UVB protection. Made by the renowned German lens and optics manufacturer Carl Zeiss.
