Motorious is looking for a commercial tenant for our space at Flæsketorvet 32 in Den Hvide Kødby.

The space has previously been used for retail wine sales, which fits well with both the area, our own store, Motorious, and the customer group that already visits the building. We are therefore primarily looking for a tenant who wishes to operate a wine shop as a retail business.

The space is also well suited for other forms of retail, showroom, gallery or similar.

It is emphasised that the space is not approved for restaurant operation. It is therefore not possible to establish a coffee bar, cocktail bar, serving of food/snacks or similar operation.

The space is currently ready for move-in, and until the right permanent tenant has been found, the space can possibly be rented for shorter periods of minimum 30 days for pop-up, events or similar.

We place importance on finding a tenant who fits into the atmosphere of Kødbyen in general and at the same time complements the atmosphere of Motorious. There will be passage for guests between the stores, and it is therefore important that the expression and use of the space work well together with our own environment.
