For weborders, you always have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving your order at your shipping address without giving any reason. For items bought at our physical location, there is an 8 day return option.
To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Without undue delay we will refund payments received from you, excluding the costs of our standard delivery. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you received your item(s). You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an expensive item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service as proof of shipping.

Under EU rules you always have the right to 2-year guarantee. If goods you bought turn out to be faulty, Motorious will repair or replace them free of charge or give you a price reduction or a full refund.
