Description
FOLKE is a loose fitting Asian work-wear inspired jacket that can be closed in several ways. There are two flat-string loops, one for each sides of the jacket; also there is the option to close the front part with a button. It has two large front patch pockets, one smaller buttoned welt front pocket, two inner pockets and a single back vent.
To create this cotton mix fabric, different dyes are injected directly into the cones of yarn which, when woven, form irregular ‘flames’ of colour. Added to the slub texture of the yarn, this results in a complex and sophisticated textile.
