All items are shipped directly from our physical store in Copenhagen. No dropshipping. No middlemen.

Motorious is located in Kødbyen (the Meatpacking District) in Copenhagen and was established since 2011.

Shipping

Fast and traceable delivery with GLS – directly from our store in Copenhagen to your parcel shop or home address. Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout.

Free shipping and free returns on orders over 500 DKK within Denmark.

International shipping prices are clearly displayed at checkout – no hidden fees.

For orders under 500 DKK and for orders shipped outside Denmark, shipping is paid by the customer. Shipping prices are always visible at checkout.

We ship on weekdays at 1:00 PM. Orders placed before that time are typically delivered the next business day.

Pick up in Kødbyen

We offer in-store pickup for items purchased on the webshop. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email from us — usually within 2 hours during store opening hours.

Orders can be collected during our opening hours: Monday–Friday 10:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–15:00

There is free parking and plenty of parking spaces right in front of the store. Remember to use your parking disc (valid for 1 hour).

Returns

Returns are easy. Simply contact us by email with your order number and we will provide a return solution.

(For orders under 500 DKK and for orders shipped outside Denmark, the customer pays the return shipping.)

Return Policy

30-day return policy, including the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Fast refunds as soon as the item has been returned to us.

We offer exchanges as long as the desired item is still in stock.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in new condition so they can be resold without signs of use, including original packaging.

Product defects

We resolve product defects through repair, replacement, or refund. The best solution depends on the issue and is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

To report a defect, please send us an email with a description and photos of the issue, and we will get back to you. You are also welcome to bring the item to our store, where we can determine the best solution together.
