Motorious is an EU-based retailer located in Copenhagen, Denmark.
All orders are shipped from within the European Union.
By visiting or purchasing from www.motorious.dk, you agree to these terms.
1. Company and scope
This webshop is operated by Motorious Kødbyen ApS, Denmark.
All goods are stocked and shipped directly from our physical store in Copenhagen.
We do not use dropshipping or third-party warehouses.
2. Contract and pricing
A binding contract is formed when you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation by email.
All prices are shown including Danish VAT (EU VAT).
For EU customers, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or technical faults.
3. Payment
We accept secure payment by card and PayPal.
All payments are processed via encrypted third-party payment providers.
Motorious does not store or have access to your full payment details.
The amount may be reserved at checkout and is charged when your order is shipped.
4. Shipping and delivery
We ship from Copenhagen, Denmark, using traceable shipping services.
Delivery time and shipping price depend on destination and are shown at checkout.
For EU customers, goods are delivered without customs clearance or import charges.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at webshop@motorious.dk within 14 days, and return the goods no later than 14 days after that.
You may inspect and try on the product as in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to assess fit and function, any resulting loss of value may be deducted from the refund.
6. Extended return policy
In addition to the statutory 14-day right, Motorious offers a 30-day return period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of return.

7. Complaints and warranty (EU)
All purchases are covered by EU consumer law and the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
You have a 24-month legal warranty against defects that were present at the time of delivery.
If you discover a defect, contact webshop@motorious.dk with a description and photos.
We will offer repair, replacement, refund or price reduction as required by law.
8. Liability
Motorious is not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or business interruption, unless such liability is mandatory under applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on www.motorious.dk is owned by Motorious or its partners and may not be used without written permission.
