Motorious is looking for a commercial tenant for the premises at Flæsketorvet 32 in Den Hvide Kødby, Copenhagen’s Meatpacking District.
The space was previously used for wine retail, which fits well with both the area, Motorious’ own shop and the customer base already visiting the building. Motorious is therefore primarily looking for a tenant who wishes to operate a wine shop as a retail business.
The space is also well suited for other types of retail, showroom, gallery use or similar.
Please note that the premises are not approved for restaurant or catering operations. This means that it is not possible to establish a coffee bar, cocktail bar, food/snack service or similar operation.
The premises are expected to be ready for move-in on 1 July 2026, according to the current project plan, updated in early May.
Motorious places importance on finding a tenant that fits the overall atmosphere of Kødbyen while also complementing the atmosphere at Motorious. Guests will be able to move between the shops, so it is important that the expression and use of the space works well together with Motorious’ own environment.
Until the right long-term tenant has been found, the premises may potentially be rented for shorter 30-day periods for pop-ups, events or similar use. The price for one month’s rent is approx. DKK 30,000 excl. VAT, and a deposit will be required.
